What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed to get the most out of a work out. Police academies, Special Forces and military centers around the world use this program to get the most out of their teams, meaning it’s a very effective training method. We supply a CrossFit area with all the necessary weights and racks and run classes for mixed groups as well as ladies only.

We are an crossfit Affiliate (Ehohcrossfit) also some of our coaches are crossfit games level athletes.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

6:00 AM to 11:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00AM to 10:00PM
