Great Gym, great environment, great mix of crossfit and body building. Fantastic cafe (Steroid cafe), with macro specific meals and a really goood Thai Massage therapist
The gym was clean, the competition was well -organized and everybody was friendly and helped encourage those competing! Well done to the organizers!
